Thanks to everyone who voted for us in the 2019 Middlesbrough and Teesside Philanthropic Foundation ‘Golden Giveaway.’

Up to £5000 was on offer to the charity able to gather the most votes. We were really pleased to win our group in round 1 and to make it into the second round of voting.

In the end we received £1500 to help us recruit, support and train more volunteers to help girls in Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland know their worth.

Dawn and Hannah, two of our existing volunteers, collected the cheque from one of the Foundation’s patrons at a presentation at the Riverside Stadium on 4th July.
