We are delighted to be able to offer the following roles:
Primary Schools Co-Ordinator (£20,475 pro rata 16 hrs pw – initially 12 month fixed term contract)
We are looking for a new member of staff to take the lead in delivering our 8 week self-esteem courses in primary schools across Middlesbrough and Redcar & Cleveland. This is mainly with Year 6 girls but there may be scope to work with younger girls as the charity develops.
Girls Group Co-Ordinator (£20,475 pro rata 5 hrs pw – initially 12 month fixed term contract)
We are looking for a new member of staff to lead and develop a weekly Girls Group for secondary school age girls. The Girls Group Co-Ordinator will build supportive, appropriate relationships with girls from a range of backgrounds and will be responsible for planning an engaging programme to provide them with a safe space to relax, learn and grow in confidence. They will also co-ordinate a small team of volunteers to ensure the sessions are well run and consistent throughout the year.
Admin & Finance Officer (£19,500 pro rata 8 hrs pw – permanent)
We are looking for a new member of staff to help oversee the day to day running of the charity. The admin and finance officer will support our CEO and trustees to develop financial and administrative processes that enable Rubies to continue to grow. They will ensure the organisation’s finances are administered efficiently and correctly and provide some general administrative support. Initially the role will be for 8 hours per week with a larger proportion of time spent on financial processes than on administration. There may be scope for the hours to be increased in future.
